This selection of equipment has been put together by the experts at Russums together with Jane Sixsmith, Food for Life's Head of Cooking Skills. The equipment has been tested out and chosen for its suitability for teaching children how to cook - safety, durability and value for money being the key criteria. Jane and the other Food for Life trainers use Russums' equipment in the training sessions. To help you think logically about what you need, the equipment has been grouped into 4 categories - store, prepare, cook, serve & eat.
