We received 2 different tops in an order for chef white tops not sure whose error it was but it didn’t matter which I thought was brilliant it’s a partnership with tbe customer russoms after sales service was such a brilliant customer experience

Products of good quality, good sizing always get my jackets trousers and aprons here on russums, always suggest going for the adjustable aprons as the neck band is of better quality than the others at a similar price.

I experienced a technical issue with the web site when having registered and created a wish list I then couldn't get back in and I couldn't reset the password. Sara in Customer Service sorted the problem out by deleting the e mail from the site allowing me to re-register. It was pretty frustrating but all sorted in the end without fuss
