Terrible customer service!Placed two orders within three days,they held back the 1st order then sent both together which makes sense but i was charged double p&p!!Will not be using this company again.

Good site easy to use, lots of choice. My main criticism is they use FedEx to deliver, it was a nightmare actually managing to get my order. Please give customers a choice when ordering! Unfortunately for this reason I would not order with Russums again

Very good affordable kitchen knife, easy to sharp and maintain. Not as pricey as some other brands so losing your knife(in a proffessional kitchen under suspicious circumstances) is less of a dissapointment.
