HOW TO USE THE SITE

This easy to use and secure website contains over 3000 products, divided into several categories and sub-categories. Please use the powerful search function at the top of the page to find exactly what your looking for, or alternatively enjoy browsing through the products section by section at your leisure.

It’s easy to search by product (chefs jacket, cooks knife etc), or by brand (Le Chef, Global, Victorinix etc), by using the powerful search function. Using single words to search should give the best results.

As you navigate the site, collect products you wish to purchase by clicking the 'add to order' button. Products will be added to your shopping basket and can be viewed, deleted and added to at any time.

When you are satisfied with your selection click 'proceed to checkout' where you will be asked to complete delivery and payment details. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Maestro and Visa Electron for on-line payment.

We use 'Protx' to process your on-line payments. 'Protx' are at the forefront of Internet and e-commerce trading and offer a fully secure card handling service for all major credit cards. We recommend you only use e-commerce sites that use this type of payment interface, as it is the most secure for both you the customer and us the retailer.

If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. You will need to add a note to your order with full delivery details for overseas orders, as we will confirm all postage charges (at cost) before sending, and should be able to give you a few options on the routing.

On receipt of your order you will be sent a confirmation e-mail, to thank you for your purchase.

We aim to despatch your order within 3 working days, although this cannot be guaranteed and certain products and embroidered items may take longer.

Orders will be despatched either by 48 hour or next day carrier (as specified), if you are out when the delivery arrives a card will be left giving depot details to arrange pick-up or an alternative delivery time.
To use our 'next day service' orders should be paid for
by credit/debit card and placed by 3pm. Goods dispatched
on a Friday will be delivered on Monday (excepting Bank Holidays).
