Returns & Cancellation Policy

Russums provide clothing, knives, equipment and books to the catering and hospitality industry. All our products are intended for use in a commercial environment and are of a quality level demanded by professionals and serious cooks.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Russums, and if the goods ordered are not to your satisfaction we offer a money back guarantee when goods are returned to us unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging, within 28 days of delivery.

Please remember to include a note stating what action is required, exchange, refund, alteration etc, and also include your contact details and invoice reference, (The number starts RI, e.g. RI38745)

All goods must be in their original packaging and must reach us in perfect condition in order to qualify for any of the above actions.

If you are returning one item to us please ensure the product box or bag is placed inside an outer box or bag to protect the products original packaging. Marked and labelled product boxes make it impossible for us to re-sell items and we will be unable to credit or exchange in such cases.

Delivery and return costs will only be refunded if an item is faulty.

Please note that we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for goods returned.

Items which have been embroidered, altered to a customer specification or ordered specially cannot be returned unless faulty.
