    I wasn't informed that an item was put on hold. Therefore, only when looking at my account, I saw that it wouldn't arrive by Christmas! I should't have to look at the account to know that a parcel wouldn't arrive. However, when I phoned up to replace the product for one in stock everything was sorted swiftly and whoever was at the other end of the phone was very helpful.
