Next Day Delivery
Next Day Delivery orders must be received before 3pm, Monday to Friday.
Next day delivery refers to the carriage service used to despatch the goods. If goods are 'in stock' we will endeavour to deliver them on the next working day, however choosing next day delivery does not guarantee you will receive them the working day after you order.
Orders received on a Friday for next day delivery will be despatched Friday for delivery on Monday (excepting Bank Holidays).
Please note that during exceptionally busy periods our next day delivery service may not be available.
Every effort is made to ensure that goods are delivered on time, although delivery times are given without obligation or guarantee due to the reliance on a third party carrier.
Delivery of bulky, fragile or heavy items
For very small/lightweight orders, please contact us for advice on carriage charges. For bulky, fragile or heavy orders, and for deliveries to off shore and remote areas including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Island and outside the UK mainland, there may be an additional delivery charge which can be confirmed at the time of order. Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery to remote areas.

Russums provide clothing, knives, equipment and books to the catering and hospitality industry. All our products are intended for use in a commercial environment and are of a quality level demanded by professionals and serious cooks.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Russums, and if the goods ordered are not to your satisfaction you can return them for an exchange or refund within 28 days of delivery.
Please note that goods must be unused, suitable for resale and returned with their original packaging. Unfortunately we are unable to exchange or refund items which have been personalised or amended to your specification (e.g. with embroidery, short sleeves), or have been ordered specially (e.g. bespoke clothing, non-catalogue equipment) unless they are faulty.

Please contact us so we can provide a returns number, this will then be used to link the returned item to your order by our returns team. It is important that the returns number is placed in the returned parcel. To give you a returns number we will need to know the exact items you would like to return, including sizes and amounts.

If you are returning one item to us please ensure the product box or bag is placed inside an outer box or bag to protect the product and original packaging.
In the unlikely even that an item is faulty or has been sent in error we will also refund your return postage.
We recommend that you use the convenient, tracked collect+ service for all returns (rather than more expensive special delivery or upgraded courier services) as we are usually only able to refund postage equal to the value of the collect+ economy. Click here to book a return using collect+
