Knife Advice –

  • Hand wash in warm water with a mild detergent. This is best done immediately after use and before any food have had chance to dry on to the blade. Dry immediately with a soft cloth.
  • All Kasumi knives should be sharpened regularly for optimum performance. Kasumi recommend that you sharpen their knives using a whetstone.
  • Do not attempt to cut or chop frozen foods with your knife, or chop on to bones or open tins with your knife.
