    I was immediately aware of the quality and workmanship of the knife when I first handled It. It is very balanced and comfortable to use. So much so I immediately ordered a boning knife and will gradually complete a whole set. Delivery second to none your next day delivery service really does mean that. Well done. Van driver polite and efficient. Boning knife just arrive and corroborate the above comments.
