I placed two orders on-line, one with Russums and one with another company. I received the Russums order very quickly, all in order and the quality of the clothing is first class. The order from the other company arrived 14 days later, was poor quality and cost more, it went back!!

I recently ordered 2 items for a special birthday present, one being a chef's knife which was rather shoddily packed. One email sorted everything out very promptly. A new display box for the knife was received the next day together with a little "apology" gift which really made my day! The knife has now been engraved with a 40th birthday message and is just what we wanted. You are an efficient company to deal with, thank you very much

Thank you for your prompt reply to my query last week.

I did place an order with you last week but decided against the KE198 for now. However, I wanted to pass on my congratulations to Russums for providing such excellent customer service. The order was placed on Friday, email confirmations received immediately followed by a dispatch notice with tracking details and delivery first thing Monday morning via FexEx! Basically, this is how all companies should operate!

In comparison, I placed an order with another company at exactly the same time and have yet to even receive an email confirming my order!
