Victorinox
Victorinox knives were first produced in Switzerland in 1884 by Karl Elsener. He later named his company after his mother Victoria, combining her name with that of a brand new knife material ‘Inox’ meaning stainless steel. The Victorinox brand was born.
Today Victorinox produces fine chef’s knives as well as the famous Swiss Army Knives and is highly respected throughout the world. Many chefs demand Victorinox knives for their quality and reliability.
