    I emailed Russums as I wanted to buy a child’s apron, so a sale of less than £10. I was delighted when a gentleman phoned the next day (at most I’d expected an email) to discuss what I needed. He knew everything about stock, colours, what embroidery looked best etc and couldn’t have been more helpful. I was so impressed I bought a second for my daughter. They arrived yesterday, within a week of ordering as he said, normally it is quicker but they haven’t many staff in due to covid. My daughter was thrilled by hers, perfect colour and with her name on it, really special. Other one due to be given as a gift but looks perfect, have already washed my daughter’s red one and appears really colourfast, washed beautifully. Five stars!

    I ordered two named aprons for my budding chef granddaughters paid too much which they refunded immediately then they arrived so quickly and to the delight of the girls they put them on and road tested them immediately making gingerbread men saying the aprons were amazing
