Apparently my parcel missed the Christmas deadline? The tracking information did not match up to this as the parcel was showing as at the Birmingham Hub, on its way to the Tyneside depot for dispatch. I contacted DPD about this as Russums had closed for the Christmas break, through to Jan 3rd and I need the parcel contents very early January.

Expensive postage for how long the item took to arrive.althouh packaged well. Could do with some more detail about the items on the website along with better pictures and being able to enlarge them
