True to size. Strong, hard wearing and sturdy shoes. These are my second pair, (1st pair purchased from Russums) they lasted almost 10 years. A quality product.

They are the only store to sell size 2 safety shoes as my daughter in law is at college doing patisserie and works part time in a bakery. She can get 1 pair via college but due to government restrictions it’s been harder. She’s a size 1 but likes to wear fluffy socks for comfort. Got the size 2 in hope there ok and great fit. Will defo be buying again as well as college books & work bits.

Great fast service and well packaged goods. The shoes are made very well and are quite light with a cushioned sole and padded edges round the rim. They seam hard wearing and should last once broken in. I've had these shoes before and they lasted me for years. I highly recommend them for the price.

Russums have always provided excellent service and I have ordered from the several times over the years. I would recommend them to anybody wanting good quality products and great service.
I first ordered for my daughter who started to train in professional cookery at college. She completed her course after three years and is now working abroad as a chef. I am still buying clothing and equipment for her when she is back on a visit (as she has to provide her own clothing). The chef jackets, trousers etc have always worn well and washed easily. The shoes(although being at the cheaper end of the range) have proved to be strong and hardwearing. She has just had her third pair.
On a recent order I did actually receive the incorrect embroidered jacket. I emailed straight away and received a prompt response by phone and mail. The problem was quickly rectified, a new replacement jacket received within a couple of days with assurance I could keep the original. All correspondence was polite and helpful.
