I have worked as a chef for a decade, I bought this knife for my partner as and it has performed as equally as my 'professional', far more costly knives. Will be purchasing more, I am very impressed with the quality, performance, quality and feel of the handle.

IT IS GOING FINE. I DONT KNOW HOW IT WILL BE WHEN I HAVE TO SHARPEN IT BUT ATM I AM CONTENT. IT IS VERY COMFORTABLE. THE ERGONOMICS OF THE KNIFE ARE IMPRESSIVE. FEELS LIGHT AND GLIDES THROUGH THINGS WITH LEAST EFFORT.
