Komin Yomada has taken traditional Japanese influences to push the boundaries of design and created a truly outstanding cutting tool.

The Global Ni range features a new longer handle with a ‘chestnut’ shape profile allowing for heightened levels of comfort and most importantly control.

The blades are hand forged from exceptionally hard CROMOVA 18 stainless steel and are ice tempered and hardened to resist corrosion. The slightly thicker blade is perfectly balanced with the handle, which is weighted with silicon sand. The cutting edge undergoes an additional polishing process to ensure the very sharpest factory finish.
