    On opening the impressive presentation box,I was taken aback by the sheer beauty of the Santoku knife,the blade,the shun handle,the artistry involved to make such a practical untensil was a sight to behold.A word of advice would be to offer the buyer an option to purchase a protective sheath,similar to the engraving.
