    The cutting edge is good but the handle is not attached to the knife very elegantly and it is a little on. The light Side. But still a good knife for the job

    one of best knives i ever bought. sharp as a samurai blade so be careful for first few days haha. i only ever use victorinox knives but had never had a serrated chefs knife and was keen to get one after speakin to a chef i work with who said it was his best knife, i had always had the pastry knife which is also very good and versatile
