    Had to call them a few times with queries. They were helpful and polite every time I called. The knife I ordered was great quality and will definitely recommend. Can I suggest you change couriers, fedex are letting you down badly.

    Love the product, Fedex disappointing. Asked for next day delivery. On that day the tracking showed "not deilvered, card left". No card, no phone call. Next working day (Monday) there was a phone call as the courier was sent to the wrong end of our village by his GPS: delivery ok, but seems like the driver on Firday did not try very hard.
