    Website format is all it should [and needs to] be; i.e. clean, simple and easy to order from. Order tracking could be improved by letting the customer know the anticipated day/date of arrival as the package didn't turn up on the day expected via FedEx.

    Originally I was going to go for a MAC santoku knife but didn't feel I could justify the spend. After some background research trawling the inter-me-web-thingy for customer reviews I settled on the Victorinox Rosewood Santoku. r

    The blade is sharp out of the box, thinned, fluted and polished to a mirror finish - all of which helps it slice through vegetables effortlessly.r

    It does lack a little heft owing to the thinning process and is not quite full tang as the blade stops short of the full handle length - not something I would have expected for the price! r

    The only other thing is that the wooden handle tends to pong abit (medicinal smell). I can only assume that this is from the natural tannins in the wood leaking out?r

    Overall then, a great little buy for the price.

    Your service this order has been outstanding. My original parcel was left (without instruction to do so) in my recycling bin which was emptied before I returned home. However you dealt with this very efficiently and the replacement parcel (containing some 18th birthday presents for my son) arrived the next day.
