    Harder to use than I thought it would be. Colour doesn't match the other rosewood knives which is a bit of a shame.

    Replacing one I've had for over 20yrs - only necessary aste handle's gone loose from too many times throught the dishwasher. Glad to find they're still made. Comfortable to use and the best sharp blade I know. Doesn't take too much off either.
