    Good value no nonsense knives. I’ve owned far more expensive knives that are not as sharp on the off. These appear to be holding an edge well and if they are good enough for the butchery trade they are good enough for me. Very expensive knives are like very expensive cars, they take more of your time than they should. It’s a knife!
