    Everything was good, very good quality of the knives. Customer service amazing, because I need knives ASAP and I place my order for knive set on friday and I ask about saturday delievery and They call to me but I was bussy and I cant pick up the phone at this moment, so They send my a email about the charges for saturday delievery (6,66£). I pay extra for that delievery and i get my knives on saturday. Amazing!!

    I already owed a Victorinox filleting knife and bought this set as a present for my wife (keen home cook). We were both really pleased. It's a great value set and the knives are a decent quality. This is everything you need in a good knife set. On a separate note, Russums were also cheaper than another Bristol based retailer who I would have been very loathe to buy off! Delivered next day - excellent service.
