The service that I have received is excellent. I ordered a pair of protective shoes from Russums and they arrived very quickly. Unfortunately I have had to return them as they are too big but when I asked for return instructions, I received a reply almost instantly. Very happy.

I normally buy Russums products on- line for my son who is at Westminster Kingsway College. I needed to get him another pair of chef's shoes, I phoned to ask which pair I had bought a while ago, the assistant could not help me, I suggested they could look at my previous orders on their computer, but they said they could not. I do feel that as a large percentage of people do buy on-line there should be some sort of customer history with regards to the items they have purchased in the past.

They are nice and comfortable to wear, don't feel heavy on your feet, and you don't need to buy the next size down from what shoe size you are, unlike some shoes where you have to buy a size down to what your feet are but not these ones, I would recommend them, and grips on bottoms are really good
