    my son trained a s a chef a number of years ago and I bought him a full set of very expensive knives - which were excellent. However, he bought himself this knife and prefers it for ALL veg chopping. So much so I bought him 3 more this Christmas so we've always got one handy. And red handled so its easy to spot
